I was facing lot of difficulties in communication during my job. My manager would not assign me several task because my communication was poor. So i had discussed this with Sharad and he designed my course and action plan. we worked together for 8-10 weeks and now i am very much confident and it has changed my life for ever. i am glad i took classes from Sharad.
