About Nico
My ballet journey began at California Institute of the Arts. As a beginner stepping into a space where people were already developed technically, I decided that in order to really grasp ballet, I was going to have to work very intentionally. This is why I love teaching and coaching ballet because I understand how you need to work to improve your technique at an exponential rate. How to strengthen and use the right muscles. The pre and post care that can keep you dancing for as long as you’d like. I have so many resources that have helped me along my journey that I want to share with others.
I’m currently dancing with Pacific Ballet Dance Theatre in Burbank Ca and I plan to pursue companies in Europe and New York in the next year.
I did it and I’d love to help you reach all of your ballet goals as well!
