âNo amount of skillful invention can replace the essential element of imagination.
More of me comes out when I improvise. The only real influence I've ever had was myself.â Edward Hopper.
Freeing yourself from limitations that curtail thought, and restrict imagination is the most important part of the creative process. To be innovative one must break with convention in order to be free to improvise.
