About CW

Hello! I’m Conway, a professional badminton coach originally from Hong Kong with over 10 years of coaching experience.

My foundation in the sport was built under the guidance of a former Olympian, a rigorous training period that spanned from my childhood through university graduation. This elite background consistently earned me lead positions in top-tier school teams and clubs. Today, I remain an active competitor in national and international tournaments, allowing me to bridge the gap between high-level theory and real-world match play.

I am deeply committed to passing on the advanced tactics and technical precision I’ve gathered throughout my career. My greatest motivation comes from witnessing the tangible progress my students achieve through our sessions.

Why train with me?

Proven Track Record: A multi-tournament winner in both Hong Kong and the UK, I bring a winner's mindset to every session.

Data-Driven Customisation: I specialise in designing bespoke training programs. By frequently reviewing performance and gathering feedback, I ensure every drill serves a specific purpose.

Safety-First Approach: I consult closely with every student regarding their goals and physical history. By identifying past injuries or limitations, I create pinpointed schedules that maximise growth while strictly preventing future injury."
