With years of experience in high-pressure commercial kitchens, I have transitioned my passion for gastronomy into a dedicated teaching practice. My background as a professional chef has provided me with a deep technical mastery of international cuisine, food safety, and kitchen management. However, my true motivation comes from the belief that cooking is an act of love and service.
