About Antonio
I am a pastry chef, I started baking in 2006 and haven't stopped since. I've trained with the best and worked in different environments (hotels, fine dining, casual, cafes, wholesale). This allowed me to gain valuable experience in the field.
Baking is an art, it's a science, yet still, pretty easy to understand if you have a passion for it.
