About Caya

I am a professional dancer, Pilates instructor, trainer, and wellness coach with the love to dance my way through life. I have noticed that a lot of people who have no dance experience would love to learn how to dance but have no idea where to start. My passion for movement and need to constantly move has inspired me to teach these people how to move their bodies in the way that their bodies want to move while helping them expand on movement patterns and create their own dance language.

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored to the needs, goals, and level of each individual. Each session will build on the previous one and help you to work on current dance skills, improve technique, and expand your movement vocabulary.
My goal is to create a safe space where anyone can feel free to move within their body.
