About Emil
I am a drummer and percussionist with 20 years of experience as a live performer and studio musician in a variety of genres such as rock, funk, jazz, soul and reggae.
I play with both local and international artists.

I want to find out what your goal with teaching is. My students have been everything from beginners to professional percussionists.

Do you want to become a professional touring musician?
Do you just want to have fun exercises and play drums for fun?
Based on your purpose and goals for the lessons, we create a plan and you get customized, fun exercises that will get you where you want to go. If you wish, I am happy to share my knowledge and experience so that you can avoid making the same mistakes and mistakes that I did as a young drummer and percussionist.
I started playing the drum set at 10 years old and have been performing professionally for 20 years, as a drummer and percussionist, both as a live artist and studio musician. I have a wide range of genres and in addition to rock, funk, soul, jazz, reggae etc., I also master a large amount of South American, Caribbean and West African rhythms and percussion, such as salsa, samba, congas, djembé etc.
For me, it is important to have fun when I train and develop, and therefore much of my pedagogy is based on offering fun lessons, with a lot of fun.
I offer classes in two lengths:
25 minutes = SEK 300
40 minutes = SEK 450
The class takes place in my studio at Enskifteshagen.
