About Matthew
I enjoy helping students discover that learning guitar can be both fun and rewarding. With 9 years of teaching experience, I have worked with children and hobby learners by creating lessons that are practical, supportive, and easy to understand.
Instead of rushing through topics, I help students build strong foundations that make future learning easier. Students improve chord changes, rhythm, fingerstyle playing, music theory, improvisation, and performance skills through regular practice and clear explanations.
Every learner brings different interests and goals, so I prepare lessons that match their pace and musical preferences. I enjoy supporting students as they gain confidence and become more independent with every lesson.

Students learn best when they spend more time playing than memorizing, so every guitar lesson includes practical activities from the beginning. Guided demonstrations, familiar songs, and technique exercises help students build confidence while enjoying the learning process at their own pace.
