About Sugandh
Sugandh Lamba is a Kathak dance educator, choreographer and movement artist based in Mumbai. Trained in Kathak since the age of five, she has studied under the guidance of Pt. Birju Maharaj’s Kalashram, Prayag Sangeet Samiti and Kadamb Centre for Dance.
Her teaching focuses on building a strong foundation while encouraging curiosity, individuality and a deeper understanding of the form. She believes in teaching Kathak beyond steps and choreography, helping students develop rhythm, body awareness, expression and their own relationship with the form.
