About Sarah

With over a decade of experience as a professional dancer, instructor, and choreographer, I bring both passion and professionalism to every session I teach. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Chapman University, graduating magna cum laude, and went on to perform as a Los Angeles Laker Girl and a Los Angeles Rams Cheerleader. My background includes performing on national television, touring internationally, and training with some of the most respected choreographers in the industry. As an instructor, I create a supportive, structured environment where students of all levels can thrive. I am known for my clear instruction, attention to detail, and ability to adapt lessons to fit each individual’s goals. Whether you’re preparing for an audition, looking to improve technique, or dancing for the first time, I am here to help you build skill, confidence, and a deep love for movement. About the lesson

My approach to teaching dance is grounded in building strong foundational technique, body awareness, and self-expression. Whether working with beginners or advanced dancers, I customize each session based on the student’s goals, experience level, and learning style. I combine technical drills with musicality training and guided choreography to help students grow not just as dancers but as performers.

A typical lesson includes a dynamic warm-up, technique-focused exercises (such as across-the-floor progressions or isolations), choreography or combo work, and a cooldown with stretch and feedback. I provide clear breakdowns, encouragement, and personalized corrections throughout to ensure both growth and enjoyment.

What sets me apart is my real-world experience performing with the Los Angeles Lakers and Rams, as well as in high-level commercial and theatrical productions. I bring professional industry insight and high-performance standards to each class while creating a supportive space where students feel motivated and seen.

My lessons are ideal for aspiring dancers, cheerleaders, and performers from middle school to adult, as well as beginners looking to build confidence and physical coordination. I offer training in jazz, hip hop, contemporary, performance technique, and conditioning for dancers.
