About the lesson

During the first free lesson we will delve into whichever of the following areas you wish to focus on: writing for TV, writing for film, writing pitches/how to pitch, writing for the web, or writing film school applications. (You may wish to explore more than one of these areas!) After determining your baseline of knowledge we will draw up a plan together on what you wish to achieve during our sessions. This might be as simple as receiving feedback on your already written work, or it might be a desire to learn script structure. Whatever it is, we will discuss how best to achieve your goals in the time available to you. This will also take into account how frequently you are available to meet and the 'homework' you will be able to do outside of class. I take an individual approach with each student, and focus on how best to serve the needs of each individual rather than using a blanket lesson plan. Each lesson is an hour long online, and lessons are available during the traditional work day and after work/weekends.
