I am a pharmacy student in athens and a Professional taekwondo player for many years.I have been 6 times national champion and i have participated 2 times on global and european championship with national team.Also i have been taekwondo instructor.

My teaching methods varies according to the needs of the students.Mostly i show to the students the skills and the theory about taekwondo and its filosophy.The climate of the course is very pleasant and the students in the of the day they learn how to defend their self and to be more disciplined.
