I started lessons with Sam hoping to learn a few chords and maybe play a decent song without Googling every five minutes. What I got was a brilliant teacher who somehow makes tricky techniques feel manageable — and actually fun.

He’s patient, encouraging, and explains things in a way that makes music finally click. No intimidating music jargon , no pressure — just steady progress and the occasional “aha!” moment that makes you feel like a rock genius.

Lessons are relaxed but productive, and he genuinely cares about helping you improve.

Sam is an excellent guitar teacher. His lessons are clear, well structured, and tailored to my level, and I’ve made consistent progress since starting with him. Sam taught me guitar while I was living in London and it’s now become my favourite hobby! Such a patient teacher with really great talent! If you’re looking for lessons and your of any ability I would recommend Sam as a teacher! Wish I still lived in London as I would never have stopped the lessons!!!
