Classes can be structured in many ways due to student's or group's needs. The most efficient cooking education is hands-on and one to one with a lecturer. This is also what I prefer the most but you can as well opt for online education with me. I can teach all the way from the fundamentals like knife skills / science of cooking to executing specific recipes.
I have more than nine years of hands-on cooking experience in the best Mediterranean restaurants possible. During my career, I have built many menus and started two different brands. Currently employed by the best restaurant group in Canada. I love teaching more than anything else. I have educated and raised many cooks by now.
