I follow a process called "I do, We do, You do". In this process, I start the student off with a warm-up related to the skill the student needs help with. I then teach a lesson to the student with practice examples included. This is where I offer feedback as they are trying to solve the problems. At the end of the lesson, the student will have practice problems where the student will try to solve them on their own while the teacher observes and offers feedback. These lessons would be intended for grades K-5.
