About Baffour Kusi

As a Ghanaian, I developed my roots in complex rhythms and melodies. I have spent most of my time studying western music as well as honing my cultural music. I have been in the music industry for almost half of my life. Imagine living in a house full of musicians, such a competitive space pushed me to pursue more effective ways to learn bass faster and even understand its role in music well.

About the lesson

I teach using simple practical exercises first then explain each practice with a music theory to make it easier for you to understand both. I also give you personalised breakdown videos on any song you request and teach you how to play them.
I also teach you how to develop your music ear by curating playlists that can shape your music knowledge.
I also teach quite abstract concepts
Something most teachers don’t
Spacing
Groove
Phrasing etc
