About Pema
I am Engineer by profession, holds PhD in IT from Murdoch University. I have been working as casual academic in School of Mathematics, Statistics and IT since 2019. Previously worked as Chief Network and Systems Engineer for the Department of IT and Telecom, Ministry of Information and Communications, Bhutan.
