About Cecily
I have always been passionate about psychology and intend to continue my studies in this field with the aim of becoming a psychotherapist for children and adolescents. Part of the reason I want to become a therapist is because I have a desire to help people, which extends to helping others in their studies. I believe psychology is such an important yet underrated field of science, and I aim to encourage, support and teach those also interested in this field. My academic achievements in psychology, including excellent performances at both A-Level and University, demonstrate not only the depth and quality of my subject knowledge, but also my proficiency in exam preparation and execution. This dual expertise allows me to effectively guide students in mastering psychological concepts and developing strong examination skills.

As a recent psychology graduate with a first-class degree, and an A* in psychology A-level. I'm passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping students excel in their studies. While I'm new to formal tutoring, my academic background has equipped me with a deep understanding of psychological concepts and research methods. My lessons are tailored for A-level and university students aged 16-25 studying psychology. I bring fresh insights from my recent studies and a relatable perspective as someone who has recently navigated the challenges of academic psychology. I'm particularly adept at helping students develop critical thinking skills, improve their essay writing, and prepare for exams.
