About Mackenzie
I am a graduate with a degree in psychology. I am currently applying for the post-bachelor of education teaching program in history and social studies. I have taken extensive history courses and it's a subject I am passionate about. I have volunteered in middle schools and high schools in B.C. During my volunteer shifts I have managed classrooms and even given lessons.

I believe in encouraging students to focus on areas that interest them within the curriculum. It's important for students to feel interested and enthused about what they're learning. In a typical class I would help guide and focus a students learning based on the subject they currently require help with in school.
