About Nick
Hi, I’m Nick. I want to tutor because I know first-hand how much of a difference the right tutor can make. I wasn’t given a tutor growing up, until my mum realised in Year 11 how much I was struggling with English and decided I needed extra support. Having that tutor made a huge difference to my confidence and understanding, and showed me that sometimes teachers alone aren’t enough. I want to give other students that same extra support, patience and encouragement when they need it.

I use a patient, friendly and encouraging approach, adapting each lesson to the student’s individual needs and learning style. I focus on clear explanations, practical examples and plenty of practice. Lessons are typically one hour and are suitable for primary and secondary students studying Maths, Psychology, homework and revision. My aim is to make learning enjoyable while helping students build confidence and understanding.
