About Gouri
I am a BSc Psychology graduate with a genuine passion for teaching and supporting students in their learning journey. I mainly focus on psychology lessons for secondary and senior secondary level students, alongside undergraduate students. I have 7 months of experience as an online teacher at Misai Academy. I believe in creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing doubts. My background in psychology helps me understand individual learning styles, manage academic stress, and adapt my teaching approach to suit each student’s needs. I am committed to being punctual, well-prepared, and consistent in every session. My goal is not only to help students perform well academically but also to build their confidence, understanding, and interest in the subject.

I follow a student-centered and concept-based learning approach, helping students to understand and learn the concepts rather than memorizing the content. I also use mnemonic devices and visual aids to enhance the learning experience. Every class ends with a short recap, doubt clarification and guidance for further improvement. What makes me stand out as a teacher is my background in psychology, my patience, and my ability to explain concepts in a calm and supportive manner. My experience as an online teacher has helped me understand different learning styles and create a comfortable learning environment for students. My classes are intended for school students at the primary, secondary, and senior secondary levels. I teach psychology for higher classes and provide foundation-level support in Math, Science, and English for primary students.
