About Adam
I am an undergraduate student majoring in psychology and doing a double minor in marketing and political science. I have excelled in my studies and have been distinguished with academic achievement scholarships. I have always had a passion for mentorship, as exhibited in my peer mentorship role in high school where I aided the teacher in a grade 9 locally developed math class with lesson plans and worked with students one-on-one. Further, I have a lot of experience working with kids ages 6-13 as I worked as a camp cabin and bus counselor for three years at a day camp where I won an award for my job performance.

I approach a subject with flexibility as every student retains and comprehends content differently. From my experience, I understand that it is imperative I tailor my pedagogical methods to the student. For instance, if a student is more of a kinisthetic learner, using tangible objects to explain concepts is more beneficial than sticking to by the book practice methods. I always use a student-oriented approach, as lessons must be adaptable to ensure the student achieves their highest potential.
