About Diana
I am a psychology student, currently completing my masters in neuroscience. I know a lot of people are having a difficult time right now, so I would love it if my experience with coaching or just having someone to talk to could be beneficial. Our sessions can include a multitude of topics, whether you need someone to discuss decision making with, talking about university/career planning, or managing stress, self-perception, or self-expression among any other subject you feel would be helpful to you.

Our sessions will depend on what you would like to achieve: if you would like to talk things through, find a way to improve an aspect of your life, or simply have someone listen to you. We will usually begin by setting a goal or agenda for the session and working from there. For example, a session might include setting a goal, discussing your current situation and reality in relation to your goal, considering your options, and finding a way forward.
