Cancellation policy: To respect reserved teaching time, classes cancelled less than 30 minutes before the scheduled start time will be subject to paid compensation.

Teaching materials:
- Any notes/materials from third-party sources may be provided to students free of charge, and may be shared where permitted by the original source.
- Any tutor-created materials, including syllabus notes, sample essays, study guides, and learning materials, are available for a one-time fee of NZD$20.
