I am a qualified yoga teacher and Dru yoga therapist with a nursing diploma and a postgraduate certificate in public health from the University of Manchester. My passion is to help people find a sense of wellness in their own lives.

I offer a gentle warm-up followed by some more intense stretching and strengthening movements, winding down into some breath awareness exercises and a deep relaxation. My methodology is based on giving my students what they need and acknowledging that every day is different.
