About Olga

Am a student studying public Health am passionate helping other on there health Journey by helping them develop health behaviors because that is how change is sustained. Originally from Uganda but currently living in South Africa. I believe learning is an endless quest.

About the lesson

On a weekly basis we start the week by going through theory. Then a midweek assignment given to test students understanding. On Friday a zoom class with videos to show different demonstrations , asking and answers of questions. After which students then finish the end of week assignment.
