About Kalie
I am a reliable and proven Leadership Tutor with over 10 years leadership experience and 6 years of tutoring success. I have a track record of supporting learners to balance workloads, contextualise knowledge to their setting and demonstrate this through practical apprenticeship portfolio evidence and formal written assignments for CMI and ILM.
Tutoring is offered online but I have delivered via a combination of remote and in-person delivery and have supported learners at all stages of their leadership journey in a range of workplace settings including education, NHS, utility companies and emergency services.
I hold Enhanced DBS and Level 7 Senior Leader (Including MEd Educational Leadership) alongside Vocational Assessor (CAVA), Internal Quality Assurance (TAQA) and Level 5 Professional Coaching qualifications.
I am also a qualified teacher with a Secondary History PGCE from the University of Exeter, a Masters in Maritime Archaeology from the University of Southampton and 2.1 BA(Hons) from the University of East Anglia.
Supporting leaders in their unique workplace to consolidate their skills and experience into recognised formal qualifications is what I love to do and would be delighted to help you take the next step on your leadership journey.

Lessons employ a wide range of strategies and I am responsive and flexible in adapting learning to suit individual needs. Simple scaffolding; clarity of explanation; creative methods of recording; live modelling; sensitive differentiation and imaginative ways of applying knowledge into leadership practice and turning these into valuable skills and effective assignments can be found in every lesson.
I make maximum use of the insight gained from my experience as an Apprenticeship tutor for Level 3 Team Leader, Level 5 Operations Manager, Level 5 Professional Coaching and Level 7 Senior Leader in supporting leaders in demanding full-time roles to gain formal qualifications for their leadership skills to help them not only better support their teams but further develop their own careers.
