About Molly
Hi, I’m Molly! I’m an Australian teacher currently teaching English and Science internationally. I hold a Bachelor of Psychological Science from the University of Adelaide, along with a TEFL certificate, and I have several years of experience teaching students from a wide range of ages and cultural backgrounds.
I achieved an ATAR of 96.45 in high school, which reflects my strong academic foundation and passion for learning, particularly in science and communication-based subjects.
Before becoming a teacher, I spent several years working in business management, where I developed strong communication, leadership and mentoring skills. These experiences have helped shape my teaching style and my ability to connect with students in a supportive and encouraging way.
I genuinely enjoy helping students build confidence in their abilities. My background in psychology has given me a strong understanding of how people learn, which helps me create lessons that are patient, supportive and tailored to each individual student.
I have experience working with primary school students, secondary school students, ESL learners and adults, and I enjoy working with learners from diverse backgrounds and helping them reach their goals.
Whether a student is preparing for exams, improving their English, or simply looking for extra support, I aim to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable, motivated and confident in their progress.

My lessons are designed to be clear, supportive and tailored to each individual student’s goals and learning style. I focus on helping students understand concepts deeply while building confidence and independence in their learning.
For English and ESL learners, lessons can include conversation practice, pronunciation, vocabulary development and reading comprehension. I place a strong emphasis on conversation English and real-life communication, helping students feel comfortable speaking naturally and confidently.
For Science subjects, including Biology, Chemistry and general school Science, I help students break down complex ideas into simple and logical steps. I focus on building understanding first, then reinforcing learning through examples, diagrams and practice questions.
Lessons are interactive and structured around the student’s needs. Depending on the student, lessons may include:
- concept explanations
- guided practice questions
- exam preparation strategies
- conversation and speaking practice
- review of homework or school material
My lessons are suitable for:
• Primary school students needing support with English or Science
• Secondary school students studying Biology, Chemistry or general Science
• ESL learners wanting to improve pronunciation, fluency and conversation skills
• Adults looking to build confidence in English communication
Lessons are typically 60 minutes, though shorter or longer sessions can be arranged depending on the student’s goals.
