About Theresa
Having started my career as a Barrister (UR) practising Criminal Defence, I realised that I wanted more of a work-life balance.
I decided to join a widely known International company & quickly became a Senior Manager in their IT department but saw that the 9-5 Corporate world was also not the right fit for me. The part of the job I loved? Coaching & mentoring my staff members so much so that I helped start up a volunteer coaching initiative for the Company.
I was in such high demand that I had to turn clients away but I noticed a pattern that each client was coming to me with the same mindset issues wrapped in a different scenario. I knew to truly help people, I had to learn how to change their beliefs at a deeper level.
I dove deep into subconscious mindset work, learning about NLP, EFT, subliminals, hypnosis etc. and discovered a whole range of modalities that could turn people's lives around in record time.
I left my Corporate job to start my own coaching business and now pride myself in being a Business Mindset Coach & certified Human Design Reader.
Not discovered Human Design before? You're in for a treat! It's a fascinating system based on your genetics and how energy flows through your body. It's scarily accurate and it's helped hundreds of clients reframe their mindset for business success.

We'll dive deep into your mindset using your Human Design chart as our guide so we can work out what's holding you back from fully thriving in your business at a genetic level.
The Human Design system is a wonderful tool that gives you an energetic roadmap to become the most aligned version of you. It's SO much more than a personality test & allows us to come up with techniques that are bespoke to you, your business & your latest offer.
Sessions are up to 1 hour weekly & are a mixture of business strategies, confidence coaching, mindset tools, practical mentoring etc. - whatever you need to get your business generating a consistent income.
Expect tools like EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), affirmations & subliminals. I love working in the subconscious mind so I'll often give you takeaway, personalised training videos/guides so you can continue to develop your mindset away from our sessions together.
