About Glenn

I’m Coach Glenn, a FA-qualified football coach with over 15 years of experience developing young players at different levels. I specialize in building confidence, technical ability, decision-making, and discipline through fun, challenging sessions tailored to each player’s level and goals.

About the lesson

FA Qualified | 15+ Years Coaching Experience | Former Tottenham Hotspur Foundation Youth Development Coach

1-to-1 & Small Group Coaching

I believe every player has the potential to achieve more than they realise. My purpose is to create an environment where players feel challenged, supported and inspired to become the very best version of themselves; both on and off the pitch.

Every session is carefully tailored to the individual, focusing on technical quality, decision making, confidence, discipline and a genuine love for the game. Success isn't measured solely by goals scored or matches won, but by the character, resilience and habits that players develop along the way.

Whether you are taking your first steps in football or striving to reach academy level, you will be coached with passion, patience and purpose.

My commitment is to help every player grow in confidence, embrace challenges, enjoy the learning process and unlock their full potential in a positive, professional and motivating environment.

Every player deserves the opportunity to believe in themselves, work hard for their goals and discover just how far they can go.

Coach Glenn has been fantastic from the very first session. His calm, patient approach immediately puts players at ease and creates an environment where they feel confident to learn and express themselves. Every session is well planned, challenging and tailored to the individual, with plenty of encouragement and positive reinforcement throughout.

What really stands out is his ability to motivate while also reassuring players when things don’t go to plan. He builds confidence, develops strong technical skills and always explains things in a way that’s easy to understand. You can genuinely see the progress after each session, not just in ability, but in attitude, decision-making and enjoyment of the game.

I would highly recommend Coach Glenn to any parent looking for a coach who genuinely cares about player development and helps young footballers reach their potential.
