About Marine
I was born and raised in the north-west of France. I moved to England after a degree in English studies.
After I qualified as a teacher of French as a foreign language at International House London, I taught French for business in the City of London for 5 years.
I moved to Sydney over 20 years ago where I've been teaching French in continuing education and evening colleges.
I love teaching and seeing my students progress. Several of my students have been learning with me for many years, they started as beginners and are fluent now.

I am patient and I make my classes fun !
Lessons are in French and students get to speak in French from day 1.
Classes are conducted on Zoom, I send the material one day before the class (a file or a video link) so students can get familiar to it and print when necessary.
I am careful to focus on the needs of the students (for example for exam preparations or if a pupil who has a test at school)
For students who are learning French for travels, we focus on speaking and listening (with audio documents, podcasts, videos...)
I have a 100% pass rate for the Delf: Adult A1 to B2 and children A1 to B1.
