About Tara
I am an ex professional dancer and a personal trainer of over 9 years. I have worked with clients all across the country on creating new and healthy long lasting habits to not only change there shape and appearance but work with them using NLP tools to create a more confident and mentally stronger individuals so that the results last!
No goal is big or small and I specialise in motivational mindset and injury recovery.

I start all of my personal training programmes with a personal one to one consultation. This helps us establish together realistic goals and achieveable results that are going to last long term.
I tailor all of my personal training sessions to the individual and focus on at home personal training. Helping to bring confidence in a familiar setting but also convienience to your exercise and wellbeing regime.
I work both physically and mindset as a wellbeing coach to work through any thing you may wish to talk about during your sessions.
