About Sharon
I am a qualified counsellor with a degree in biological sciences. I worked in a private boarding school coaching both GCSE and A Level students throughout the academic year. I worked with students who were predicted E grades and with hard work and dedication went on to achieve A-C grades. I also worked with A Level students who were struggling with the leap from GCSE to A Level.

My teaching method is based on recognising stress and anxiety from a physiological and psychological perspective. With this new knowledge people can move to a position of power and find their inner strength. I use a combination of worksheets, positive affirmations and relaxation methods. I feel that when a person can understand what is happening to them on a physiological and psychological level, they are more able to look at what is causing stress in their lives and how they can learn to react in a more positive manner.
