About Bougy

What Is Reiki? Reiki is derived from the Japanese words rei, meaning universal, and kei, meaning life energy. It is a Japanese healing art and a complementary energy therapy based on the principle that everything in the universe consists of energy that flows around and through living beings. Reiki proposes that disruption to this energy may cause health problems and seeks to restore the balance of the energy flow to a person by sending the energy flow received by the universe. While not proven concretely, Reiki may help with: Relaxation and stress reduction Reduced anxiety and depression Enhanced well-being Stronger sense of connection with self and others Enhanced positive thinking Reiki Does Not Treat Medical Conditions Reiki is a complementary approach meant to support conventional medicine, not replace it. It does not treat or cure any medical or health-related condition. There is no high-quality research to support it, though it may reduce pain and anxiety, and support a sense of spiritual connection and well-being. From bringing peace to the mind to fighting depression, protection from negative energy. Scientifically, there is no science backing to the power of crystal healing in treating or curing conditions. However, using healing crystals can be very relaxing as they induce a sense of relaxation in the environment. Crystals act as a power hold for healing as they allow positive, fruitful energy to flow into the body and do away with the negative, toxic energy. Crystal healing directs vibrational energy from crystals into your energetic system, clearing blockages and bringing you back into a new state of balance.

About the lesson

Everything in this universe is composed of molecules that are vibrating at various frequencies. The molecules within our bodies are constantly vibrating and creating positive or negative frequencies. All our past experiences, traumas, negative emotions, emotionally impact on our energy system and create blockages and disturbances in the energy flow in our bodies. Energy healing is a natural medicine that helps to clear energy blockages and flow of energy throughout the body. Cosmic energy helps healing by allowing positive energy to flow into the body and clear negative energy. For instance, crystals work by channelling your energy levels and focus on healing your body. These healing crystals have their particular frequency and from the way they interact, these vibrations and energies work in uplifting our mood, mind, and remove negative energy that we can get through etheric cords. Etheric cords connect to your energy bodies with other people, animals and objects. You create an etheric cord with others by interacting with them or by thinking about them or even by talking about someone and the cords of unhealthy relationships, negative energy, or patterns can be created. These types of cords can leave you feeling drained energetically. So, you want to clear or cut these cords. This does not mean that you will cut this person out of your life. You are merely clearing the negative ties that are energetically burdening you. By doing so, you can often move on to receive new opportunities in life, feel happier and more peaceful. Energy healing with cosmic energy, reiki, crystals, angels and oils gets to the root cause of the problem and removing it out of your energy it no affects you. Together we will look at the root cause, rather than applying a solution to a problem. We will clear the negative energies and emotions, fears and beliefs. To accomplish this I use a combination of energy healing techniques learned from the various teachers. I will use specific crystals, oils and herbs according to your blockage that needs to be cleared and healed. Your issues might be related with your past experiences or traumas or people around you. We will be focusing on the source of the issues, cleansing the blockages and then filling with love and positive energies. This will help you remember yourself.
