About Stevie
I studied at a well respected grammar school in Shropshire and have a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sheffield. I am now a qualified Secondary Science teacher, specialising in Physics. I have worked with a variety of students, from those who struggle with the basics to those who need a challenge. I have plenty of experience with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), as well as students whose first language is not English (EAL). My lessons are structured using a diagnostic approach, pinpointing gaps in knowledge or misconceptions, and working through methodically to tackle misconceptions and build upon what the students already know.
