About Victoria
I am a Secondary Science Teacher with Biology specialism but I am also confident in teaching chemistry and physics at KS3 and KS4. I have taught all 3 sciences at KS3 and KS4 with a specialism in Biology. I am currently working in a mainstream secondary school and have some experience tutoring on the side. I always begin by using a baseline knowledge test to check where a student's current understanding of a given topic lies. From there I can plan personal tutoring sessions for each individual based on their needs. Communication is key to my approach as I always involve the student in decision making for the next steps of their learning. Overall, I am dedicated to my student's education and wellbeing and I aim to provide tailored tutoring that is appropriate for the individual student.
