Well, I am a Gen Z, if that can help make you comfortable. I will also be more like an « aid » / correspondent, or call it how you want, except tutor because I am not that knowledgeable compared to you. We will start with vocabulary. Actually, it will mostly be vocabulary.
We will be watching movies and trying to understand what the filmmaker's intent was. This also applies to music. By doing this, I want to pique your curiosity: « What does that mean? », « Why are they reacting like that? », « I want to understand what they are saying! », « What was the word and what does it mean? » Those are the emotions I want to create in you.
No books.
Practice: we will mostly talk each day about a different subject.
I believe that you learn and retain more when you don't feel obligated to do something, and I will try to make it as pleasant as possible.
