About Ana Claudia

I am graduated by PUC SP as Executive Secretary Bilingual and for 15 years I have worked in the administrative area of companies as executive assistant, coordinator and supervisor. In 1987, I took out my English certificate issued by the University of Cambridge. Soon after, I started teaching in company classes for executives and groups. The fluency in another language has opened me many doors not only to the labor market in which a bilingual assistant is better paid, but also to acquire knowledge in several areas, among them, one in which I have a great interest: human behavior. I am a voracious student of the subject, as much of scientific content (neuroscience) as spiritual. Our behaviors are linked to the way our mind perceives and processes events in our lives. And this subject requires an exclusive article. While still in college, I entered the job market as an executive assistant and had many opportunities for professional development, even though my dynamic profile always led me to go beyond the tasks that were part of the scope of the function. But my interest in human behavior deepened. When I took my Cognitive Behavioral Coaching certificate, I aligned the techniques with my work. My self-knowledge deepened and as a consequence, I have helped many people to improve their relationship with themselves and to contribute more assertively to their professional environment. I felt a strong desire to help other people, not just those who were part of my professional environment. I realized that my best contribution would come from a combination of my work experience gained in corporate settings, aligned with my natural talent for teaching, and behavioral knowledge to inspire people to discover the meaning and purpose of their lives.

About the lesson

Each of us is born with multiple talents that are revealed throughout our lives. Our family background and the environment in which we live directly interfere with the personal and professional choices we make. When our talents are aligned with the professional activities we perform, we enter into an incredible flow of happiness and performance, and are rarely shaken by the ups and downs that are part of our human experience.

But often this is not the situation we experience. We follow a historical model of functioning that brings us the false sense of stability. We invest high costs in academic training and specializations, we work hard to earn more and gain recognition. And even with all our achivments we may not be happy with the course our life.

When we take some time to analyze this issue, we have two ways to proceed: Keep the life going on and believe that this is the way the world is, thinking that at some point we will resolve this internal dissatisfaction. Or reveal our talents and enhance them to become happier and contribute effectively to the society in which we belong.

The coaching sessions are designed to help clients to reveal their multiple talents and align them with their life purpose. The coach and the the client work together to identify dysfunctional beliefs and behaviors, correct them, and create a map for the development of the human potential. To enhance the transformation process, the sessions include " your strenghts" meditation technique"
