About Kai
With 13+ years of experience teaching ESL, I help students from school to college develop fluency, comprehension, and confidence in English. My approach blends creativity, structure, and flexibility to create lessons that are engaging, interactive, and effective.
I focus on developing reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills through multimedia, real-life scenarios, and hands-on exercises. I also employ innovative strategies like storytelling, role-playing, and task-based projects to help students internalise concepts and apply them practically.
Lessons are customised to each student’s pace, goals, and learning style, ensuring steady progress and motivation. My ultimate aim is to empower students to communicate confidently in academic, professional, and everyday contexts.

I teach ESL using a methodology based on Accountability, Integrity, Flexibility, Communication, and Positivity, creating lessons that are interactive, engaging, and tailored to each student’s needs. I integrate speaking, listening, reading, and writing exercises with real-life scenarios to help students communicate confidently and effectively.
Accountability ensures measurable progress and goal achievement, while Integrity fosters a safe, respectful, and honest learning environment. Flexibility allows lessons to adapt to individual learning styles, pace, and objectives.
Communication emphasises active participation, dialogue, and feedback, and Positivity motivates learners, builds confidence, and encourages a lifelong love for learning. I also assist with related subjects, helping students strengthen English skills across academics and everyday life.
