About Daniel
As a graduate of the class of 2024, I have a Graduation with Distinction as well as being a Pratt Research Fellow. I have tutored every year of undergrad, helping students from High School and in University. I've been told my sessions are fun, filled with passion (I LOVE STEM), and that I build intuition instead of using memorization techniques. As a recent 2024 graduate, the methods of effective teaching and learning are fresh in my mind. I let students figure out issues on their own, correcting and aiding whenever a student faulters. I can prepare students for exams and help with HW. My focus is on understanding the core intuition behind topics, instead of memorization.
I am very flexible with my dates and times. I have tutored for four years now, and have been told that what sets me apart is my humor and excellent pacing. I am comfortable tutoring any STEM field in high-school or lower, as well as certain college-level classes (anything in Mechanical Engineering, intermediate or beginner Computer Science, intermediate and beginner Physics, as well as Psychology and anything below Abstract Algebra)
