I actually chose to resit my HL chemistry exams after obtaining a 5... and here I am, now wanting to teach it.
During my extra revision months, I was able to identify my knowledge gaps and develop a deeper understanding of the subject; I put together resources like flowcharts and tables for more efficient revision and completed every past paper since 2016 (when the syllabus last changed) I'm a fan of Richard Thornely and I too look for easy ways to memorise certain pieces of information; with the insane schedule of the IB, tricks here and there can make a big difference in paper 1; as for the longer questions in paper 2, I've been able to establish patterns and make the markscheme my best friend.

These lessons are for IB students looking for a chemistry boost, not someone to teach them the syllabus.
While revising myself, I found that I'd just get stuck on a few little things, but those few marks can make the difference between 2 whole grades! In that sense I can be flexible; you can send me questions a couple of days in advance and we can work through them together. I will try my best to find similar ones so you can practice and perfect that particular skill.
Alternatively, you can pick a topic (SL or HL), I will provide the questions, and we can work through them together during a lesson.
An hour is sometimes not enough, so I'm happy to do an hour an a half, especially for paper 2 questions/papers. But if I'm only helping you with a few small issues here and there, half an hour may be just fine!
