About Ellen
I’ve always had an interest in knowing what drives people—no surprise there, given I grew up with a counselor as my mother! I'm a recent St Leonard’s College graduate who achieved a study score of 35+ in Psychology and brings over a year of tutoring experience. My passion for learning drives me to share knowledge and watch students blossom into confident, independent thinkers. As someone with ADHD, I’ve developed my own strategies to stay organized, unravel tricky concepts, and manage study stress throughout school. Now, I’m excited to pass those techniques on to students who might struggle with traditional learning styles. When I’m not tutoring, I’m on the AFL field—whether I’m playing or coaching, I love the camaraderie and community it brings to my life. Currently, I’m enjoying a gap year, exploring new learning opportunities and figuring out the next steps in my education. Tutoring has become a fantastic way for me to keep learning, connect with others, and help students achieve their goals!

I focus on boosting confidence by tailoring lessons to your individual learning style, ensuring you're not only prepared for the exam but also inspired to think critically about human behavior.
