About Ashley
I have always been curious in different language learning methods. With my experiences in teaching, I found out that a lot of students have different, effective learning methods. That is why I think that it is important to get to know you as much as you get to know me. This is so that we can build trust and communication to make language learning fun and most importantly, effective.
I used to live and study in Huelva (a little town outside of Seville) for a year. An amazing part of that experience was immersing myself in culture. Lets be real. 'Textbook' Spanish and 'real' Spanish is different. Although, I am experienced both in teaching 'textbook' Spanish' and ' informal' learning of Spanish. This is the reason why I am always curious of the different language learning methods and I hope that we can make lessons that effectively help you to learn Spanish, whether it would be, 'textbook' or 'real' Spanish!

My teaching methodology is adapted from student to student. I love knowing what YOU want to achieve in your language learning journey, strengths and weaknesses, discover YOUR best methods of learning and to make learning enjoyable for YOU and how WE can achieve those goals together.
My typical length of lesson is 60-10 minutes. Having that 10 minutes extra allows room for review which I think is important in language learning.
I am passionate about language learning which is reflected in my University journey until now. I spent a year, living and studying in Spain. I taught Spanish students English when I was there. Currently teaching students for GCSE exams.
I am 22, fluent in Spanish, English and native in Indonesian. I am also currently learning Portuguese from Spanish.
