I understand that everyone is individual in their goals, abilities, and what works best for them. My method is to get to know what you want out of training (specific body aesthetic, strength, toning, agility, sport specific, etc.), how often you are willing to work out in a week, your preference and dislikes in exercises, and more. Once I have all the relevant information, I will construct a plan. The fitness plan will be able to be modified at any point! If there is an aspect that you don't like you are less likely to stick to it, therefore, I will be checking up on your progress and making modifications whenever they are needed!
I was a competitive swimmer for 8 years, currently training for an Ironman triathlon and doing powerlifting. I have been doing aerobic sports for many years as well as going to the gym. I am a health major in university and have much experience in this field. Additionally, I have been making fitness plans for both myself and friends for a few years.
