About Lisa
Stress, anxiety, burnout — I've been there, and discovering meditation changed everything for me. Now, as a meditation and mindfulness teacher (YTT 2021) with several years teaching experience, I help beginners build simple, effective practices that actually stick. I specialize in meditation and mindfulness for stress management, anxiety reduction, and burnout prevention. If you're ready to feel better and more at peace, I'm here for you and ready to help.

Hi there! If you are looking to manage stress, ease anxiety, and protect yourself from burnout, you’ve landed in the right place.
I'm Lisa, a meditation and mindfulness teacher (YTT 2021) with several years teaching experience. I know firsthand how powerful these practices are — and I'd love to share them with you.
Whether you've never meditated before or you've tried it and struggled to stick with it, my classes are designed to be welcoming, practical, and easy to quickly implement into your daily life.
**What we can work on together:**
- Mindfulness techniques for everyday stress
- Meditation for focus and inner stillness
- Breathwork to calm your nervous system quickly
- Yoga Nidra for deep rest and recovery
All sessions are online, so you can learn this life-changing skill from the comfort of your own home, at a pace that suits you.
**Your first lesson is completely free** — no commitment, no pressure. It's a chance for us to meet, talk about what you're hoping to get out of meditation, and try a short practice together so you can see if we're a good fit.
