About Miles
I am a passionate violin tutor with 12 years of teaching experience, committed to helping students discover their musical abilities and achieve their goals. I teach violin to high school students, college students, and elderly learners by creating a friendly and encouraging learning environment.
Throughout my career, I have successfully taught around 150-200 students and helped them improve their violin techniques, musical knowledge, and confidence. My experience has allowed me to understand the different needs of learners and create lessons that support their individual growth.
My teaching philosophy is based on patience, motivation, and personalized guidance. I believe every student can learn music when they receive proper support and a positive learning atmosphere. I focus on making lessons simple, practical, and enjoyable.
I teach essential violin skills including posture, bow control, finger techniques, rhythm, scales, music reading, and performance preparation. I also encourage students to develop creativity, discipline, and self-confidence.
One of the greatest milestones in my career has been seeing my students overcome challenges and achieve success in their musical journey. Their improvement and passion for music motivate me to continue teaching with dedication.
My goal is to inspire students to enjoy violin learning and build a lifelong connection with music.

My teaching methodology is based on communication, accountability, and integrity to help students learn the violin with confidence and enjoyment. I believe every student learns differently, so I adjust my lessons to match individual learning styles and goals.
I explain techniques such as posture, bow control, finger placement, rhythm, scales, and musical expression using simple English and practical demonstrations. Communication keeps lessons interactive and encourages students to ask questions freely.
Accountability helps students develop consistent practice habits through personalized goals and regular progress reviews. Integrity guides my teaching by providing honest feedback, patience, and continuous encouragement.
Besides violin, I also teach music theory, sight reading, ear training, rhythm training, performance techniques, and music appreciation to build a complete musical foundation.
