About Emily
I have received great feedback from nursing students and newly hired nurses on their experience with me. I was also asked to create simulation labs and classes for new physicians as well. I don't just want to drill information into your head, I want to help you think critically and possibly encourage you to WANT to learn more. I work in a field that can be very high-stress and I believe in keeping calm and staying focused. I bring this calm approach to teaching as well.

I have experience teaching nursing students in a clinical setting, orienting new nurses on the job and even assisting with training new physicians. I take great care to teach in ways that are tailored to each specific person, we all learn in different ways. I strive to help break down some complex topics in nursing and healthcare. I can offer great tips and advice on how to be successful when taking the NCLEX. Using my own methods and approach I passed my NCLEX on the first attempt while answering the minimal number of questions. Most importantly, I truly love when I can help make learning an enjoyable and exciting experience!
