simply teach student by translating topics in hindi and punjabi,motivate counselling encourage. To plant a tree of interest in student related topic.i have worked in various hospitals.i have seen many nursing proffesionalls in UP who are not aware about common terminology and english,mostly candidates in UP have studied in hindi language .i find it odd bcoz i completed my nursing diploma from punjab and in english medium becoz professional courses must be taught and studied in english language.
