About Anne
Very young I became interested in Buddhism, meditation, energy practices. I discovered reiki in 2001 during a trip to Asia. I passed my first level the same year and continued up to the master level that I validated in 2013. I have been practicing since 2009, I opened a practice in Nantes in 2016 which I closed in 2018 in order to settle in Bali. Today, I practice remotely and give sessions on site in Bali.

I was trained in Reiki Usui by the reiki institute in Paris The session takes place over 1 hour. At a distance: When we talk about sending Reiki at a distance, it means that the donor provides the recipient with all the energy he needs. The result does not change from the care given in the presence. We meet on Skype, Hangout, Messenger or whats ap. It is important to create a relaxing atmosphere in your home, soft music if you wish, and possibly incense or essential oil in diffusion. Plan not to be disturbed during the session which will last approximately 1 hour. I invite you to place a glass of water near you, in order to maintain good hydration after the treatment and to help the circulation of energy. During the treatment itself, you can lie down or sit, completely relaxed. For my part, I focus, and focus Reiki towards you.
